this question still pending for solution??

Don't worry, the judge of the case will solve the question, if you really have any such problem to face in the court of law and your problem is not of academic nature.

Best of luck.

Advocate acting like Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde, is unprofessional and fit for disciplinary action by the State Bar Council.

Only time when one advocate file or represent in divorce case from both side is when it's joint petition for divorce by mutual consent.
Otherwise one advocate cannot act at the same time for prosecution as well for defense lawyer in divorce case.

Only in case of Divorce with Mutual consent

Better take the help of your District Legal Service Authority.

only in case of joint petition to be filed for the purpose of grant of Decree of Divorce on the basis of mutual consent (as advised above by various counsels).

otherwise it will be sheer professional misconduct...if the counsel chooses to appear for the other side at some point of case.

please state facts instead of making a riddle.

The querist seems to be making fun of the experts by making 100% modification to his original description, after seeing answers about mutual consent divorce.

I wonder, why even very experienced professionals/ experts prefer to be made fun of by such type of fun seeking querists for their very vague academic queries!

Even in the case of mutual consent divorce to a couple would there be any need of help of a lawyer, when there is no point of contest involved?

Except in MCD in all other cases it is unethical, illegal, irregular and unjust.
Guest (Expert) 21 November 2017
When nothing is supposed to be contested in a MCD case, virtually as per my bvelief, need of intervention of even a common lawyer should not arise.
