I slightly differ with the opinion of Barman. The contents of the case are taken into consideration before replying your query as the answer is not so simple as there are various ifs and buts. Merely decreetal of the suit in every issue ipso facto do not bind the criminal court to decide the pending case accordingly.
You have not mentioned the facts of the civil suit and criminal complaint without which definite reply cannot be submitted.
