Can I register WILL dona in favour of Minor daughter leaving Wife untouched or make it it valid in the court of law.

Is it acceptable

You may visit a seasoned lawyer and your lawyer shall draft the WILL suiting your interest.

It shall certainly be appropriate to register the WILL.

don't forget to state that it is my last will and testament. You may designate an Executor / Administrator to look after the minor's interest till the child attains maturity Normally after the Father, the Mother is the natural guardian of the minor. You would have to give good reasons for her elimination from the Will. Get the Will registered although it is not legally required

Yes, you can register the Will, her is no legal infirmity n it provided you are having marketable title to the property bequeathed in the will.
