At least one of the (so called) experts has conveniently taken a blind eye to the theme and spirit of the website.

Anyhow for me this topic here is closed because a meaningful answer on my above query isn't expected anymore.

Mr. P,
You should not have expected experts to conduct tutorials for you when, instead of the real problem, you try to pose some academic question.
So far as your post, "Let us grow stronger by mutual exchange of Knowledge" is concerned, neither you are paid client of any of the above experts, nor you are an advocate, nor you have posted any knowledgeable background of the case to share your knowledge with the experts. Rather, through your last post, you have demonstrated only your arrogance added with ego. A knowledge seeker should be humble, not egoistic, like you. If you are such an egoistic person, better hire services of some local expert, pay his fee and ask him as many as questions you like, or buy some law books from a law book seller to gain your desired knowledge.
If you really want to acquire knowledge, better state the problem, not the theme or spirit, as implications of law depend solely on the characteristics of the case, background, and circumstances of the case, not on hypothesis.
So, your arrogance is quite uncalled for.
As regards your post, "anyhow for me this topic here is closed because a meaningful answer on my above query isn't expected anymore," mind it, you have not done any favour to the experts here by closing your topic.
