Complaint to supreme court

I want to complaint to supreme court against corruption in consumer court in Mumbai with documentary proofs. I send a registered letter to Registrar Sc Delhi but it was refusd 7returned back.
let me know how to send complaint to supreme court

Better send a complaint to the Vigilance and anti-corruption department,who can bring them to books.Courts cannot directly poke nose as the perpetrators might be hands in glove.

Consumer forums comes under the State Govt Civil Supplies depart. So, you have to lodge a complaint to the vigilance Police of the State.
