Physical relation

If newly wedded wife refuse to have physical relation with husband when her husband want to have physical relation(Wife is not suffering from any medical problem). Is it mental and physical harassment for husband. If yes under which act plz let me know.

it amounts to mental cruelty and is ground for divorce .

it is better you give her some time rather than forcing her to have sex with you . she may be afraid of sex . visit a marriage counsellor

Yes, it is mental cruelty giving rise to cause of action to apply for divorce.
But before doing that do go for family counselling.

She might be a case of 'frigidity',get in touch of Dr.to decide the reason,
depression,irregular menstruation,and many more reasons may cause aversion to sex.

Do not haste for going to court for a divorce,though a ground gets afforded to
you under HMA.
