The next of her kin can claim her istridhan article e.g. her father.

One thing be kept in mind that after marriage, she has not remained a girl rather has become wife of someone.
If such lady dies, no question remains to distribute her istridhan to other persons then her legal heirs means her husband and children.

Her husband and children are to inherit and share equally equally .
BUT Mr.Shah rightly opposed "IF" CLAUSE IN THE QUERY WHICH MAKES IT ACADEMIC.IS IT NOT SO MR. V R SHROFF ???????????????

Mr.Singh,
I think we have to define what is academic query. Because, genuine queries may get missed.
But, the above query is a academic query only.

Captain please take note of it.
Let us impose penalty of Rs.100/- if any member violates? the rule.
Let us impose penalty of Rs.1000/- if the captain violates? the rules.
The only question is, in whose account we have to deposit the penalty.
