i filed nullity of marriage petition to declare my marriage as null and void as the woman to i married was already married living husband is there. so please forward the citations relating to null and void citations on the grounds that first marriage is still in subsistence. and sir even also i want citation relating to presumption of valid marriage relating to essential cermonies.

When the law is clear on the point that second marriage in existence of first marriage then why do you need the citation?
Go and prove your case without wasting time for citation.

Yours is a straight case, If you have the proof of the first marriage, you win the case.

If you dont have the proof of the first marriage, you can not succeed the case.

For this citations wont help you.

move under 13[2] for nullity of marriage law is clear no need for citations,as experts have already stated.

You have to only prove, she was married to mr X, and not divorced till date.
