The Magistrate has no power to direct the CBI for causing necessary investigation.
Only the govt and the courts from high court has such power.

Trial Court can not interfere with the investigation....Trial court can not transfer the investigation to any other agency....may be CBI or SIT or CID...trial court cannot even change the Investigation Officer....
