dowry

I got married on april 25th 2012.i had issues with my wife from starting because she didnt take care of my parents, use to fight with reasons and many other problem. On dec 6th 2012 she called her brother and back to her home forcefully. She is staying there till which is more dan a year and when I asked her for divorce she is saying to pay her a huge amout or she will fill a dowry case on me and my family.when I am trying to call her home she is threatening that she will cut her hand and blame it on us.please help me and let me know how can I get a divorce from her.

Querist like this one need to be taken seriously

the meaning is under understood.

Is that she did not want to to and brother used force against her?

Is it that you did not want to send her away from your clutches and she did not care?

Yes! your anonymity is the reason many of us have not attended your query.Even a pseudonym would help you.

To say what you said is already there and i understand that in your estimates your wife is irresponsible,uncaring with many more problems you do not want to share here,has gone to her parental home against your wishes and this all has triggered you to seek divorce.

I think now it would be easy now to reply
anonymity by those experts who desire so.
