I want to know that what is "Common Law Marriage" & it is recognised in India. What is rules for this low, how to file application under this law?

There is no concept of common law marriage in India.

Common Law Marriage is an alternative to traditional marriage. Instead of obtaining a marriage license, a man and woman who live together and “intend to be married” can become common law spouses without a license or a wedding.not valid in india.
