Not able to agree or disagree with anyone.

If you have taken loan and not paid then pay it.As advised by Mr Arunagiri.

If you have never taken any loan then reply through advocate.

The author received legal notice, so what? Decide further course on it by consulting a lawyer or dump it so that you can face the bigger issue at a later stage due to it.
