I am of the view that if you have acquired the property through a gift deed, the same becomes yourself acquired a property and you are at liberty to sell the same to any third party. There is no requirement that you should offer the same others.Gift once execute can not be revoked.

The moment you received and accepted the GIFTED property, you became owner and now you have every right of transfer in place of donor unless there is some conditional clause in the GIFT DEED.

you are not asking if you can sell property. If you ask this question then it is legal query.
you are simply asking if you shall sell it or not. It is your decision to sell it or not.
