But you have to justify the delay with sufficient reason if the delay is inordinate.

you have to make out case, one of my case is pending for one year delay condonation at DRT, let us see what they do.

So far other party a mighty finance co has not filed rejoinder so on last date I was given two thousand cost.

If the opponent advocate is on this site pl file say since we are adamant and may take the case to highest level.
