Minor hersefl cannot release her share and she either shall have to wait till her majority or on her behalf permission from competent civil court is required to be obtained first. Both sisters can get registered only one release-deed if both are competent in view of aforesaid provision.

minor cannot execute any documents. On behalf of minor to transfer/sell her share under the guardian and wardship act court permission is necessary, but such transfer/sell should be for the benefit of the minor.

Both the sisters can execute a single release deed, if both are major. For release deed, the court shall not give permission easily. So wait upto 18 years. Or one sister can execute now and the other can release later.
