(Querist) 30 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir, a case by court employee was fieled against Mr x in the year 2000 in the above sections of IPC.
Case was booked state v/s Mr x. The complenaint did not appear in the court since last 12 years. court issued NBW, he appeared in the court and stated that incident happend with him but not with Mr.x , court asked him to recognige Mr x in the court. but he could not recognice him and stated that he fieled FIR on the basis of the name plate on the house of Mr. x and the same statement is given by his wittness, both signed their statement. court fixed the next date for cross examination.
