Dear Experts,
In an Arbitration Award, the Arbitrator has held that, "However I am inclined to make any provision for any pendente lite interest".
In this regard, upto my knowledge I tried to understand that the Arbitrator has denied pendente lite interest for both "Pre Award Period" and "Post Award Period".

Show the arbitration award to local lawyer for proper scrutiny, advise and guidance. Prima facie there is some difference in the award and what you have posted in this query.

One can not advise unless you allow one to read the entire award. On one hand you have your knowledge but on the other hand you have doubt over your knowledge?

without seeing the award copy it will be difficult to give a proper opinion to your query, consult a local lawyer other than your own lawyer for a second opinion.
