mrs. X got decree in favour of her regarding the possession of the house but she died now her heirs are alive can they apply for the execution of decree

Before filing execution petition, they have to file execution application seeking permission to include them as LRs of the deceased and once this petition is allowed, they can file EP.

Did the decree holder file execution petition before death? If yes, move an applcation for substitution as advised by experts. If no, seek permission of Court for substitution of LRs of deceased DH to file EP.
