Dna profiling

It is general perception that courts don't encourage DNA testing of any of the Parties(Plaintif as well as the Respondent) when one of the claimants is not a blood relation/related by blood to claim the locus of a biological son,brother daughter etc..
Has this DNA profiling made common currency and linked with the evidence act 1872. pl give me all case laws where DNA profiling is encouraged / approved by the Courts in India
