as i have filed an application for a stay order. i wanted to know that how many days does it take in processing the same?

The stay comes into operation from the date of passing the order.

For hearing: if you filed as emergent mean its will be heard that same day. For implement the stay: if stay granted mean then am agree with mr.barman

Order of stay come into force from the date of passing order and it is effective till the vacate by the Court.

if moved with emergent notice can be taken up on the same day or the next day and if not then as pewr the date of the case given on that day first the application can be insited and intiated for hearing. rest as our experts state for execution is concerned

Passing of a stay order mostly depends on facts of case,some time even an exparte order is passed just then and there some time court views the matter worth hearing either side,then it decides to serve notice on other side,in that case some time is consumed in service of notice and some in delaying tact of opposite party,where after ultimately a hearing takes place and order is passed.

In fact when it comes to time none of is advocate,we all become deaf and dumb as we plead and work in constraint of courts wishes who are over burdened with load of pendency.
