Dear expert I am a junior advocate and i am sending u a draft of indemnity bond which i have draft for my client she want to withdraw the balance pension amount of his deceased father because she coulnt withdraw the balance pension amount when she was unmarried. please check it whether it is correct or not
Indemnity Bond
I Mrs. Harshali Chandrkant Kolekar adult, Indian Inhabitants, residingat Sai Banoda Vinar Lake garden ,Saki Vihar Road Mumbai 400 087, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:-
I am a Daughter of my Late father Mr. Keshav Dharma Sutan who died on 07th/ 08 /1998.
And whereas my father Late Mr. Keshav Dharma Sutan was Hindu and governed by The Hindu law.
And whereas my father was working as a Labourer in p south ward and his employee code was________and his pension Account No. is
And whereas my mother has already been expired during my father life time on 08/10/1997 death certificate of the my father and mother is enclosed here with.
And whereas after my father death being a unmarried daughter of my Late father Mr. Keshav Dharma Sutan I was receiving the pension amount of my father till sep 2006.
And whereas I got married in the Oct 2006 hence I was eligible to receive the pension amount of my father till sep 2006 but I didn’t received the pension amount of my Late father Mr. Keshav Dharma Sutan of Sep month of 2006.
I am executing this Indemnity Bond to enable the appropriate Government Authorities and other authorities to pay to me the balance pension amount standing to the credit in the account No………of my Late father Mr. keshav Dharma Sutan.
I agree to keep indemnified and hereby indemnify and keep harmless the appropriate Goverment Authorities including their office - bearers, employees, staff and their successors from and against any loss, damage, demand, action, dispute, claim, costs, charges and expenses of any nature that may be suffered or sustained by them on account of their act/s and steps taken to pay my father Balance Pension amount to me.
