Right upon (underground) property during lease period

In case, when the property is on lease under which wirings and ducting right has been given to the lessee and during the tenure of lease, if some precious things come out from the ground then who will have the legal right upon that thing? will it be lessor or lessee?

Lessor also dont have any right on that presious things, that precisious things should be belongs to the state government. Please inform to jurisdictional police station they will take care of that things. Please specify that what are those presious things?

Status cannot changes if that word consider as a thing. State Government has discrimary power in this regard

The Rights of owner/ Lessor of the proerty and founder of thing /articles /treasury/havign impartance --- have to be decided under the Indian Treasur Trove Act by the District Collector
