Complain against commissioner not submited report

is there any room for complain against surveyor commissioner in partition suit for mapping of plot who is not submitting report month after month 3 years already passed away

you submit before the court to issue cause notice to the commissioner.

Yes it the court who has appointed it.
So you can always bank upon the court for passing necessary direction upon the Commissioner.
The curt in appropriate cases may even remove the Commissioner and appoint a fresh one.

You should move an application before the concerned court which appointed the suveyor and accordingly get the desired relief.

Dear Querist
the court appointed commissioner is officer of court you can file an application u/s 151 CPC before the court in this regard and if there is any negligence on the part of commissioner, the court may issue a show cause notice against him/her.

what were you doing for 3years? if no report had been submitted with reasonable time you should have immeditedly drawn attention of the court to said fact .
