A co named magic holiday co. claimed us to provide assured free gifts. They called us and took 45 min to compel us to accept membership for holiday resort.
We have recorded conversation for the sureity given by them for free gifts without any condition.
They wasted our time and now can we claim anything.

You sent on your own, no body forced you to go there.
If membership is given you must have signed on your own.
Now nothing could be done.
