In UP GNoida my RWA/AoA is forcing elections on resident asking them to vote by means of Open Ballot. There is nothing in the bye-laws specifying anything about the system of voting with regards to the kind of ballot i.e. open or secret ballot.
It's the first election of the RWA/AoA.
Any state or central law or applicable court judgement to prevent this and enforce secret ballot voting? In the alternate should I complain to the registrar of societies?

"A" filed a suit for declaration with possession against "B:. Suit Decreed.
"A" files execution petition seeking possession from "B".
"B" object the execution that decree obtained by fraud. Matter pending before court.
If the scenario is so... "A" try to trespass the property while EP pending
What is the remedy for "B"?
To seek an interim injection in Execution court or in separate suit?
Whether bare injection is maintainable for the case in hand?

This is Kamal Dan from Guntur . My sister's husband had became ill from three months . Recently they took him to hospital and they did some tests there and my brother-in-law's family and himself are not disclosing his reports to my sister.Can she file RTI for his reports?.She is opting to get divorce from him .What is the procedure for filing RTI?.

I had applied for divorce on the grounds of his extra marital affair and he has harrasing girls with their pvt pics. After the receipt of divorce notice, he came to my mom house hit me and harrased me for taking back the divorce case,or sell the property and give money which is in my name, for which i have filed FIR 498a and 406. Further to the complaint he is not appeared to police station for enquiry its been almost more than a 1 month. Now how will it proceed as I am outside my house with my two kids since 6 months.

Respected Sirs,
My Grand Mother dies intestate in 1956. At the time of death, she has self acquired property.
Self acquired property was purchased from the money received by she after sale of property received by her in inheritance from her father.
At the time of death she has husband, a son and daughter.
After her death, husband, son & daughter registered in 7/12 as legal heirs.
After few years husband remarried and have two children's.
Husband dies intestate in 1994.
Now, steps children of her claiming their rights as husband have his name in 7/12.
I would like to know that whether, husband has a right in her self acquired property purchased by her by selling her property received from her father as per Hindu Succession Act?

Hello sir,
I was working in a cbse school in Tamilnadu. I'm a divorcee and lived with my mother. Due to my mother's health condition I resigned my job without proper notice but I have sent an whatsapp message reg my resignation to the Principal, my HOD and Co-ordinator priorly. This was happened during the summer vocation and after 15 days i went and submitted my resignation letter also. Now its one and a half year over but still the AO of the school is refused to give my original certificates back and asking me to surrender my 3 month salary around Rs. 40000/- to give my certificates back and she says that is the cbse norms. Sir, kindly suggest me how to come out of this situation.

Sir, My Query is If opposite party did not file the counter deliberately, what should I do?? Regarding our case related to termination in SBI, SBI is deliberately not filing the counter for the past 03 years (Even after repeated requests to the officials, Bank advocate etc, there was no positive response) Our advocate says that if SBI don't file counter, case cannot be resolved. What should I do?? Is there any way to request the Hon'ble Judge?? Our advocate is saying that bringing the case to the bench is the responsibility of me (client) only. Our advocate says that he will only do arguments. What should I do??

Hi,
i have given contract to one interior( Imran ,Reflection imterior). He has given bill ,payment slips and paid through google pay but he had provided duplicate materials very low quality and what ever designs i have asked and he provided in diffrent way and he took more than 4 months as he supposed to complete in one month. still.he did not complete my project and what do and i really dont need these faulty products

Leackage from terrace flat
Hi sir,
There is leackage from upper terrace flat to my flat.
Terrace flat owner is not taking permanent action from last 2 years and there is still major leackage present.
I have informed society but they are not taking any action against terrace flat owner.
Please advice what steps I need to take so that terrace flat owner has to take permanent action.
