One of the collegue asked information under RTI Act. The RTI was asked by name and thus there was no 'public interest' and after that passed on to (1) local newspapers who published the news by name and (2) posted the reply of RTI on his facebook account with defamatory remarks. Can I file a defamation suit against (1) the news paper and (2) RTI Activist. If yes, what will be the procedure, relavant act, section etc. If relevant judgment is available, then please give the citations and/or links of the same.

the 100 yer old building collapsed in rainy season where tenants were not staying since 2010 cause of the dangerous structure.now myself a landlord of the building repair/reconsruct the same structure without offering anything to the tenant.shall i take permission of the court for reconstruction neglecting the tenant.pl advise

My brother is 32 years old and he had done secret marriage to his classmate of other cast in arya samaj temple 4 years ago. He hid this to our family but that girl's family knew. They neither lived together nor had any physical relations. But now secret was revealed and my parents don't want to accept their marriage. My brother want to take divorce but that girl is not ready to give. If we go for divorce procedure how much time will it take? Can this marriage be cancelled? If Mutual consent divorce is not possible then is it possible to take divorce in conseted divorce form?And can she claim for maintenance?

is it mandatory to send legal notice before filing petition under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act? The petition to be filed on behalf of the wife.

hello i m working in X company and aftar that i m giving resign on 30 days notice periods at the end of the day i m asking to HR assistant for my releaving letter they told me that for contract employee not provided any releaving letter... is that true i jst want to knw can u jst help me?

Around 2007-2008, there was a period when the multinational private Banks like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank,CITI Bank etc. used to outsource the processing of the loan to their Direct Sales Agents (DSA),in which many cases of the manipulation of the documents ( directly without the Borrowers consent & knowledge), fraud and forgery came in to light. The DSAs appointed by these Banks have the contract with the banks and are not on their regular payroll & also are not their employees. My question is that in case of default are those loans processed by these DSAs for their respective Banks, tenable in the eyes of the Law and are such cases can be entertained in the courts of law including DRTs, as basically the borrowers sought the loans directly from the Banks in which Bank employees are supposed to process and sanction the loans?

Dear Experts,
I would seek your expertise advice on above subject that in case we deploy employee for part-time work ie. 2 or 4 hours, Should it attract deduction as per PF , ESIC Act and clauses of Minimum wage act.

iam vinod kumar i completed my pg and working in mnc iam in a relation since 5years and my girlfriend had got maried due to her parents force on month of march but she was unable leave with his husband as he wasliving away from her and quiet sadist mantality and the love and her parents also hehaving very rude with her she was persuing her B.Ed 2year she wants to leave all of her relations and wants to come out of that and want to start a new life with me she want to take divorce and mary me behalf of that i was stil loving her ready to take her into my life my famly also knw her i had my ability to convey to my parents so please tel me tHe right way proceed tndtjake divorce fastly and safly as her husband was not ready tddd take divorce what is the solution formy problem please consider my request and sugest me sir (please conserm me forany gramitacal mistakes)
