Child custody after remarriage

I am divorced from my wife (we were married under Hindu Marriage Law and came to a one-time financial settlement) and I have sole custody of my daughter. Now I am planning to remarry and my fiancee and I wanted to know if my fiancee wants legal custody of my daughter in case something happens to me, what do we need to do? Does my fiancee need to legally adopt my daughter or would our marriage be enough to constitute my fiancee to be her legal mother?

Claim for windshield with crack during insurance.

I had insured my vehicle with national insurance. Recently I met an accident in which my left headlight, bumper, bonnet and left foglamp were damaged. I got it repaired now the surveyor says they will pay me only 4000 against the bill of 6000 for labour charges, as of foglamp I couldn't find single(left foglamp) as it is only available as set of two and surveyor says company will pay only for one that was damaged, I was still happy with this but for the worst they say I will get nothing for windshield as it had a crack during insurance inspection and report includes it. How a single crack in windshield could be taken as broken in insurance inspection when it is still intact and vehicle can be driven well with it. And if so they told me nothing about this at time of insurance or while taking pics. Is there any way I can claim insurance for my windshield?

If a person plaintiff won a case in the subordinate court then where the defendant has to preffer an appeal before the district court or in the high court. Kindly advice on this as the defendant filed an appeal directly in the high court and numbered instead of filing the appeal in the district court.suit value is rs.600000.
