I am facing a problem and i humbly seek your preferred opinion.
I am married since 2000 Dec.Having a child of 13 years age.
I am currently living seprately with my child from the last 45 days.
My wife is at her dad place since August 2017/
I Have found out that she is having affir with two men(she has agreed it herself,while speaking to her friend,a recording which i have with me)
I want to legally seprate from her,i also want my child custody.
I was refered to a Advocate,who claims that,Audio recordings wont be accepted in court and i should rather opt for mutual divorce.
I dont want to part any allowance to such a nasty person.
I was also told,if we are first cousins,(which we are)As per the hundu marriage act,our marriage is invalid.
I am at a stage,where i am being harrased by her father,abused by my wife...and worried about the safety of my child.
It would be very kind of you,if you could spare a few minutes and guide me how to take further action.
First of all, I beg apology for this long post.
I am working as Engineer in Government Public Sector Company under Department of Heavy Industries. After getting married, I had been transferred to other state (branch office of company) on personal request as my wife is working in that State Government on humanitarian ground. I had been assigned enormous responsibilities and I carried out the same successfully. However, unfortunately, due to personal grudges of some higher officials, I have been transferred back from Branch Office to previous state.
At Present, my wife is five (5) months pregnant and there is none to look after my pregnant wife except myself, as both my parents and wife’s parents reside in two different states and none of them can come. Stating all the facts and my present situation, I have submitted my request to higher management to cancel my transfer, but, unfortunately, no reply came from their side.
In the mean time, due to ill health of my wife, I went on EL by submitting my earned leave application, but, vide e-mail, I got to know that they have issued release order in during my leave period.
I am thinking to refuse the release order. I am aware that it will amount to insubordination and the departmental proceeding shall be initiated against me and I may be suspended too, but, I can’t afford to go and join in a different state now by leaving my wife in this condition. Other alternative option for me is to resign from the job, but, in that case also I shall have to serve three months notice period in different state, which I can’t afford to do now.
I am very frustrated and depressed, kindly, advice me what should be my course of action.

Plaintiffs has filed asuit against me. At this stage immediately after receiving the summons I have filed order VII rule 11 petition praying for rejection of the plaint.
Is there any time limit to dispose my reject petition? Is it necessary for me to file written statement? Or can i wait till my petition is dispose off. Kindly suggest.

i have a query for divorce, a lady who has married a man who is very dangerous he always fight with her wife and his father and mother in law all are beware from him, sometimes he goes to take wine, vicsky and kept at his home.. now if his wife want divorce from him but no one supported her , how she can takel this things is there any safe law or idea to kept away from his husband..

If session court has given a judgement in favor of my client and 3 months from the date of judgement has already passe; still the claim is not received... what shall be done by the client to make the order executable ??
I along with my family members are acquitted in 498a case on 3rd Jan 2018. We thought that we got justice after under going the trauma for last 6 years. After 71 days, The complainant has filed an affidavit and requested the court to allow her to appeal giving the reason that she was sick. But we understand that she was working in a government school during that period. So the reason stated in the affidavit is wrong. Now court has sent the information to us that such a request has come to them. Now what shall be our action to protect us from further torture. In meantime, they have filed another case (Domestic violence) in the lower court. Please advise us.
Dear Sir,
I have been asked to resign by my company with whom I have worked for over 10 years in the month of March. I am currently have my transition going on, the last working day as been extended from Mar 20th to Apr 6th. The company has kept my salary on hold and states it will be realeased after 45 days along with my F&F.
Can the company hold my salary and or the 2 months notice pay.

Union bank of india, case of delay and conspiracy
Sir/Madam,
We are a startup based out at Jalandhar Punjab, We approached Union Bank of India, main branch Jalandhar for their loan product Union Startup Scheme. At first they clearly said 'NO' when they came to know that we are looking for the loan to be covered under CGTMSE. When we asked to provide a written reply, they kept us doing followups, calls, writing emails and we got a letter stating illogical reasons in the month of January, 2018 ( This happend because we had approached the DGM with our complaint about the delay.
We wrote to Banking Ombudsman, Chandigarh where the bank was severely warned and asked to produce fresh reasons if they are not approving the proposal, the bank then submitted two different replies one by the DGM and other by the Regional Head.
Both wrote arbitrary points like
1.Our credit worthiness not good as my landlord gave negative feedback but the fact is no one from the bank came to meet our landlord.
2. Similarly they wrote that we couldn't provide answers to their questions, but they never asked any question.
We now want justice on this, they have written 'anything' but completely different from what we got as the first reply.
We have voice clippings to support our points.
What should we do now?
