Hi to all,
I have come across a case where a party to suit pending at Small causes court mumbai, under rent act was deceived by his opponent and due to this he signed excuted consent terms and allowed the passing of the consent decree aginst him. Now he wnts to chlalnge the consent decree to which he was the consenting Party. can he do so/ if Yes what is the remedy available to him ? which will be the appropriate forum?

wud u pl explain what is C.R complaint?
Once raj Thakre arrested and produced before Kalyan court. One of his advocate pronounced as and i quote that state govt. has also filed some CR complaints against Raj Thakre.
"CR complaint" is also mentioned as suggestion in reply of my one of the my query.
I hv asked my colleagues abt this they hv no idea and from that time I m searching for this word please sir

A request to seniors to guide me on the belowmentioned two issues:
First: Whether it is mandatory for an employee to give three months' prior notice to the employer before leaving the job? And secondly, if the employee gives only one month's notice and leaves the job, whether the employer has the right to deduct three months' salary from the dues which he is entitled to once he ceases to be the employee after resignation? (Note: In this case, the employer relieved the employee after one month's notice period but deducted three months' salary. Can he do it as per the law?

Sirs,
We avail CENVAT credit re.the services tax paid on the services received againt our output service.
The Invoice has all the particulars of Rule 4A(1) i.e. name, address & registration number of Service provider;
(ii) name and address of the person receiving the taxable service;
(iii) description, classification and value of taxable service;
(iv) the service tax payable thereon.
But, the date of Invoice is 24th .
Since the bill is to be issued not later than 14 days from the date of completion of such taxable service or receipt of any payment towards the value of such taxable services whichever is earlier.
Since the date of the invoice is not within the stipulated period though other ingredients are fulfilled, can the department refuse giving me CENVAT Credit.
Kindly clarify and reference of supporting case laws if any.

Regarding CRPC 125
my wife put crpc125 agaist me on 27-12-06.
she does notwant to come home.she also doing job but i have no proof. they wants money ,which is so much that i could not afford to give! what to do? Is their any lays or judgement which help me? If any clue which help me. she stay 3 months only.After that she go to her maika & put 498c on me,my parents & my younger sister.
At that time she having two n half months of pregnancy which aborted.so please help me..............
