In 2019 i took admission in D pharmacy in banglore, when college started,it didn't have proper lecture and no practicals,
So I canceled the admission and asked for my document then
principal said, your document will be given in 1 month and they
speak like this for a year and finally say on 23 October 2020 that your document has been lost
So sir, what action should I take on him

Sir,
My father in law want to devide the land for his daughter and son in 25 cent converted land. There is a old water way connecting Panchayat road and ends at out land which wea are suing as access road to our house 30
Now we are facing problem for layout. Is there any provision so that we can claim this way as approay road

I stay at Andheri west and own a flat. Our son was adopted by us in the year1996 and during Adoption, A Deed was made stating whatever assets we have will be Our son's.
Also, we have made him Nominee of our flat.
In this situation, can we transfer ownership of flat to our son, without going for Gift deed? If not, please let me know the procedure.

Dear Experts,
I had rented a shop for which I paid rs.2 Lakhs Advance. After I vocated the Shop the owner asked me time to return my Shop Advance amount. But it is almost 4 years have gone. He did not pay the Shop Advance amount. I made a police complaint. Police enquired and asked the owner to give a ChQ worth rs.2 Lakh. The ChQ is bouncing due to insufficient money. I filed ChQ bource case. He did not attend Court. Finally Court passed Ex-Parte Order.
My Question:
1) Can I ask Court to attach his property? I have taken EC & His House document through sub-registrar office.
2) If not, Is there any other way I can get my shop advance Back?

Contempt of civil court
Petioner put a contempt of civil court under 39 2a 151, defedent is not party to the main suit but he was try to impled but it was rejected in both lower and high court, defedent was done gift deed to his family, now Petioner has put case on defedent on civil court contempt of court with above mentioned, pls assistant on this scenario and case if you have any case reference pls give to me
