Effect of repealment of an act

Madam/Sir,
Help me understand legal position with repealment of Acts.
Let's say there are 3 nos. of Acts, say, 'P' 'Q' & 'R', with P being the first one to be enacted.
When Act P was in force, Act Q was enacted which repealed Act P. Also after sometime,Act R was enacted which repealed Act Q.
Now, question is with repealment of Act Q(which repealed P) by Act R, Act P revives again to be in force along with R; OR only Act R remains in force ?
I wish to approach an authority, but under which act, I'm confused!
Regards

Society noc

I have transferred my home loan from one bank to other on February 2020 & then again I have transferred balance amount of home loan from other bank to another bank (3rd bank) now on March 2021. Since bank requires society NOC to transfer loan amount from bank to bank society have given me NOC on February 2020 but while transferring loan on March 2021 society chairman told me that, they cannot give NOC to same flat again & again and added that this is the last time we are giving you NOC. So the NOC which I provided to current home loan bank is provisional one & they are asking me for final NOC from society till then they cannot disburse balance amount of home loan.

Please advise what I can do in such situation?

Co-operative housing society share certificate

Hi

I live in a society that is 12 years old, but the Society Handover and GBM happened 5 months ago. We are in process of share certificate distribution. In the 12 years when we weren't yet a registered co-operative housing society, several flats were resold.

In this case, will the share certificate be issued in the name of the original owner who bought the flat 12 years ago and then transferred to the current owner? Or can it be prepared directly in the name of the current owner? Would appreciate any guidance in this regard.

Thanks.

Maintenance

ONE OF MY RELATIVES STAYS IN HYDERABAD. HE HAS A FLAT IN THE SOCIETY IN MUMBAI WHICH IS VACANT. HE IS PAYING MAINTENANCE CHARGES TO THE SOCIETY REGULARLY BUT SOCIETY IS NOT PERFORMING ITS OBLIGINATION IN SPITE OF REQUESTS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

PLEASE ADVICE WHERE COMPLAINT OF THE SOCIETY CAN BE MADE SO THAT EFFECTIVE ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINS THEM.

OR

HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE AS MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO REQUESTS FOR PROPER MAINTENANCE INSPITE OF TAKING FULL MONTHLY MAINTENANCE CHARGES.

Bank insurance of 5 lakhs cover by dicgc

Sir,

I am a Sr.Citizen and need to know about DICGC COVER in order to save my hardearned money in the bank and would like to have clarifications on following:

1) One joint account in a bank which is covered by DICGC............
First Holder myself, second holder my wife and third holder my son on anyone or survivor.

I have opened FDs of 5 Lakhs each in single names i.e. myself, my wife and my son (5 X 3 = 15) and have different customer IDs for each one of us but one joint saving account.

3) I have opened one more set of FDs in joint names as follows :

a) 5 lakhs - My wife first holder, I am second holder and my son third holder
b) 5 Lakhs - I am first Holder, my wife second holder and my son third holder
c) 5 Lakhs - My son first holder, I am second holder and my wife third holder
( 5 X 3 = 15 Lakhs).

Now, the savings account is one, three customer IDs and total FDs are 30 Lakhs.

I would like to know as to whether all thirty lakhs are covered by DICGC.

RBI RULES ON DICGC is very confusing and not clear. Definition of different Rights and capacities and the examples given by them are not understood by me.

Grateful your guidance on above . At this age I do not have the capacity to take any risk as I am living is on interest no other source of income whatsoever. My FDs are maturing this month end and would like to take all precautions.

Thanks and regards
Roland Noronha
