Video recording without consent

Hello;
i need to know about the rules of video recording in govt office without consent of the officer in charge:
In a case with one of my female contract employee wherein she was absent from work for almost a month due to lockdown and i've asked her to join the office otherwise i may have to engage some other staff living nearby for the period of lockdown and she can re join after the lockdown, and then she came to my room next day and starts recording video in her mobile phone which she was holding in her hand , upon noticing her i asked her not to do it, then she stopped.
even though i asked her to join afterwards but i felt i was not at all wrong in informing her about the work conditions of company , and she should not have done this even after paying full months salary last year when she was absent for months together, now i am in a position where i am really scared if she files a false complaint against me in future if i try to be strict with her about the works etc.
is there any legal provisions where i can just formally lodge a complaint about the illegal video recording or an advance complaint about her, while she was filming in her mobile one of my assistant female staff was also present in the room and she is a witness to it.
pls advice as i can not terminate her from her job also since she's working as contract staff for almost10 years and she's got her family obligations too.

Thanks

Hc passed order while keeping applications pending

Hello,

High court has dismissed our criminal writ petition, without considering applications filed for placing on record some important documents and taking those documents/annexures on record. Both the applications are still pending and one of them still shows a next date for hearing, even though the main matter was dismissed.

The applications contained important documents such as letters and memos of the state government explaining the rules and the law regarding the matter, to the competent authorities.

Due to the applications containing such vital information, there has been gross injustice to us while deciding the writ petition.

What should we do? Should we file an SLP in the Supreme Court asking for a direction to the High Court to hear our matter again, while considering our still pending applications and taking on record the annexed documents in the applications?

What if the Supreme Court dismisses the SLP? Would we have any legal recourse after that?

Sorry for being anonymous, but it is important.

Thank you.

Land purchase

We are senior citizens living in Mumbai. One of our close relatives cheated us by saying that he started a real estate company in Andhra Pradesh and asked us to invest to purchase land in his company and sent some brochures. We believed and paid about 10 lakh rupees by cash and bank transfer. Five years passed he did not give us any land or not returned our money back. For two years we are requesting to return back our money. He is not responding anyway, what kind of legal action we can take against him. Please advise us. Thank you
