Original document got missed and have lodged a police complaint they have issued CSR, and demanded for NTC, but the police are not in an intension to issue an FIR nor NTC,, what shall be done,, its been almost 4 to 5 months after getting CSR

Opposite party has not filled any objections to applicant prepone application but then also court dismissed the prepone application. My query is whether it is appropriate and can I appeal.

Dear Expert,
I am moving to Bangalore from my home town and looking for a 2BHK accommodation.
Renting out a 2 BHK would cost me 22k per month, while leasing the apartment would cost 8 to 10 lakhs.
My father has suggested to take it on lease and he will fund it. With this I will not be able to take any HRA deduction, since I am not paying rent.
Can I create a rental agreement with my dad and make rental payment and take claim HRA deduction?
If so, how should I report this income in my Father's ITR.

We liked a villa and dealing was done through agent and builder manager. According to the Bank details given by them I transferred Rs 50000 as token advance to Property owner to confirm our genuinity. Before transferring they promised us on verbal agreement that amount will be returned if we are unable to proceed due to any reasons. But even after fund transfer they did not provide us owners contact details and asked to deposit 50k more and later 2 lakh to get it done on stamp paper .and then it was 5 lakh . We felt there was no transparency in the dealing and also due to delay in sale of one of our property we called off the deal within 10 days of amount transfer. They even took our bank details to return token advance amount. But it’s been more than a month and they have blocked our phone numbers and not responding well and putting the blame on us That due to us owner lost other interested buyers. What am I supposed to do?

My builder is selling a finished house for 32 lacs to me. But asking GST of 5%etc. But he no where mentioned in sale deed that GST value. I believe for finished house no gst applicable. But what he is saying, until occupancy certificate received and property tax paid, it won't considered finished property. So tax should be paid. Please suggest. Is it correct statement?

All expert are request to give the Rule position and comments on following querries--
1.One Gr.B officer visit any place on official purpose ( i.e 300 km away from normal duty point ) and return to his headquarter on the same day ( Hours of absence 11 Hours) . In this case his journey is treated as "Local Journey" and DA will be paid at 35 %. Is this decesion of authority in order? As I think he should be paid 70% DA.
2. RoadMileage--In case of journey to be performed by Road ,(beyond Local Journey) , whether any prior permission is to be obtained in advance from higher authority to use own scooter or own car and to claim Road Mileage @12/-per km and @24/-per km accordingly.
