Inquiry of 498a Police witness

Respected Experts ,, I have filed 125 and 406 ,498a against my husband, his mother , his sister (married) and two aunts (Mausi). In125 interim 4000to me and 2000 to my minor son.
in case of 498a IO was a ACP and now on DSP rank.
He register the FIR against my husband only and rest all allaged bodies were free from his side.
Now in the court He called for witness where as we were not present there and my advocate was also not there. Now he submitted his statement that he has conducted the enquiry in his office and his not gone to accused home and has also not recorded any statement of any neighborers. He has found that the alegations aginst other accused found false ( where as they have never come during investigation). He has not gone for detail enquiry of demand of dowry. But he found that physical and mental tortur was given to me and me and my husband were living separately ( true story ia my MIL was also residing wirh us and his sister were neigborer at a time). He has not register the FIR under political pressure .

Now my query is
1) if he has not gone to accused house and recorded any neigborer statement then how he can give clean chit to other accused.
2. If he has not gone for detail investigation of demand of dowry then how the FIR is register with reason of 406 , 498
3. Now can we request to court to summon to other accused also as no investigation is done against these accused.

4. This whole statement of DSP is against of us or it is in our favour ?

5. Is there any harm to our case as our advocate was not present there at the time of witness of DSP IO.

Kindly reply.

Apartment is being locked by builder until handover

My query is regarding whether the builder has any sort of legal right to lock my apartment without my consent / without intimating me ? He says it will be so until the day of handover and I am supposed to go and ask him for the key and he will accompany me each time I have to go see my apartment for which I have already paid 85% of the total cost and registration is already done but finishing work is still remaining. I want him to hand me a duplicate key but he isn't agreeing to that as well.

Maternal property rights for daughter

My maternal uncle is living in a house inherited from his mother. During my childhood, he obtained signature from my mother and now my uncle claims that it is his property. The property was inherited by my grandmother from her maternal family. My granndmother passed away in 1990. Her gold jewelry also was kept by my uncle. My uncle is unresponsive when my mother tried to ask him her share. I would like to know the kind of rights my mother holds to claim the property. The property is being enjoyed by my uncle's family since 1982 and all the rents coming out of that property were never shared with my mother. Can we claim that as well? My grandfather is alive and he is ready to support my mother but not sure how. I will be grateful for any helpful advice. Let me know if any further information required. Thank you.

Urgent - guarantor's responsibility

Hi,

One of my friend (Guarantor) had given guarantee for CC loan of someone (Mr. A) against mortgage of Business property to Co-operative bank.

Guarantor is salary earner.
Property is 80% of loan amount.

Now Mr. A is unable to replay that CC loan and property so mortgaged is insufficient to repay the laon & Mr. A has no other asset to pay full amount of loan.

My questions are below :

1- What assets of guarantors will be affected during the case, movable, immovable, salary, bank balances, cash?

2- Will bank be ready to settle the case at 80-90% recovery? (I dont know if banks do so)

Thank for reply.

Regards,
Rita

Daakhil khaarij of my land

R/ Sir,

My father bought a property in 1986 in Kalyanpur i.e, Arazi property and from now he not apply for Daakhil khaarij, My father expired in 2010.

Sir now I appealed for daakhil khaarij on 10th July 14 - through a broker (Broker's cousin brother is a lawyer), I submitted my deed in original, death certificate of my father(Original), mother's photo, raasan card etc.

Sir I would like to know that, is there original property Deed and Death certificate (Original) will be submitted in original in kanpur Tehsil or not and how much time it will be taken in Daakhil Khaarij and Namaantaran process.

I have also a confusion that whether the broker or broker's lawyer can harm my property as He have my original deed and my father's death certificate.

Best Regards
