Fee refund

I am Aditya Singh from Patna, Bihar. I took admission in English Journalism in IIMC, Aizawl campus in the first list of the academic year 2021-2022 for which I deposited an amount of ₹52000 on 21st of September, 2021. I was selected under the EWS category. The online classes for the same began from 7th October, 2021. After almost 2 months of attending classes online, I applied for withdrawal of admission via e- mail on 6th December,2021. On contacting IIMC for fee refund, I was told I would be refunded only ₹8500 of the amount that I had paid for fees. I told them regarding the UGC guidelines for fee refund for the session 2021-22 which was issued on July,2021 which clearly mentions: "In view of the financial hardships being faced by parents due to lockdowns and related factors, a full refund of fees should be made on account of all cancellations of admissions/ migrations of students up to October 31, 2021 for the academic session 2021-2022...Thereafter, on cancellation/ withdrawal of admissions up to December 31, 2021, the entire fee collected from a student should be refunded in full after deducting not more than Rs.1000/- as processing fee." The institute refused to acknowledge my request and reiterated that they are not binded by any such policies of making full refund. I contacted the vigilant section of UGC where I was told to contact Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as IIMC comes under Information and Broadcasting ministry. But there has been no help from their end as well. I write this complaint with hope and faith to find solution to my agony. Hailing from an economically weaker class and being currently unemployed, the loss of around ₹ 43,000 of my family's hard earned money that could have fulfilled our other necessities is unbearable and an added contribution to our already exiting financial hard times.

Employer denying paying variable pay

We were asked to resign by our employer or else we would be blacklisted.
Now when the Fnf has come to us after 3 months, it did not include the variable pay which was a part of the salary structure agreed upon.
Is it legal to do so? Can any action be taken against the company for such mistreatments?
The HR does not revert on the query and says since you resigned the variable component is deferred.

Govt job with ipc 338 accident case

I am preparing for Govt jobs and about to write exams. Two months back when I am driving a car, I accidentally hit a person from back and he got fracture in his leg. I took the victim to nearby hospital and provided first aid and paid for it.

The injured filed a complaint against me and IPC 338 is imposed on me. Recenty I got summons from court for appearance.

The victim filed an MVOP case claiming 1 crore as compensation as I had all valid documents.

I am worried now. I am only earning member of my family. Will i get govt job with this court case pending on me ? Please help me how to get out of two cases on me

Does daughters A, B and C will get rights of the property based on mother share in property now?

Pay fixation under ccs rules - reg.

I had worked under the Central Government as Accounts Officer (Group B Non Gazetted) and retired on 25.01.2017(FN). During my service, I had performed the role of Group A officer post along with my regular Accounts Officer post. Now I have requested my Appointing Authority to fix my pay under Rule FR 49 in the pay scale of Group A officer. However, no orders has been passed till date. Whether I can file a case before the CAT Bench now. Whether Limitation Clause is applicable? Whether my claim for fixation of pay is time barred? I want to appear as Party In-person before the CAT Bench. Hence I request the Learned Experts kindly to guide me in the matter of Limitation Clause and oblige. My sincere thanks in advance for your valuable guidance.
