Respected Sirs / Madam:
This is with regards to above subject. My Car was badly damaged due to falling of slab on my car, which was parked in a rented parking space. I had bought the said parking space on rent from our neighbour.
With no fault of ours, the concrete slab directly fell on my car damaging the roof & bonnet very badly, visible scratches on the doors.
The society has taken upon themselves to repair the slab, but, the repairing of the car was done on my expenses.
Can I ask the society for compensation ? Since the damage happened in society Premises.
Please suggest.

Hi, I am currently 17 years and my sister of 13 years, and my father thought earning above 60 lakhs+ / anum. Is is not playing for my daily expenses like tuition fees, extracurricular fees, etc(which is must for a person who earns that much). I am currently staying with my mom and my days had filed a divorce case against her. Can my mom file a child maintenance case. If yes howmuch will it cost and how long will it take?

Can case be transferred within same court as court not cooperating in criminal case and no hope of justice. As in transfer application can mention the facts as afraid court will get annoyed. Whom to approach.

Our company supply its products to its dealers on credit . But one dealer was not paying its due in spite our repeated reminder.
In dealer's agreement one clause inter alia states"OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY IN GOODS REMAINS TO THE OWNER(COMPANY) UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAD BEEN RECEIVED."
My query is:
On basis of the aforesaid clause can we lodge FIR in local police station U/S 415(cheating), U's 403(Dishonest misappropriation of the property)

A lawyer has given legal opinion favoring the valid title of a property in favor of A. Later the lawyer forgetting the opinion given, issued a notice to the seller in whose favor the opinion was given. What shall be liability of the lawyer concerned.

Application for prepone of date was filled in criminal complaint IPC Private and court rejected the sane. My query is can any appeal be filled before District and Session Judge against the order of JMFC.

Hi Sir,
recently my wife got expired on may 11th 2020 due to covid, almost 8 years completed, now their parents asking me gold ornaments of my wife, I have no children, now they made complaint on me but my wife made some loan without asking me, and I am paying that loans of interest it's around 5 lakhs, I told my father in law regarding this but they are not listening, now I am thinking to file a complaint against father in law for harrassing me for gold ornaments
I need your valuable suggestions

It's natural death, sthreedhan whatever she had received before/after marriage as gift, property or gold ornaments only her children or husband have rights or her parents have rights over it,

A dealer of our company had not paid for the goods delivered by our Company in spite of repeated intimation letters for payment were send from our company. More than six months had been passed since the last intimation letter dispatched.
One clause in the agreement between dealer and company is/was " UNTIL FULL PAYMENT MADE BY THE DEALER THE PROPERTY IN GOODS REMAINS TO THE PROPERTY OF THE OWNER(COMPANY)".
My query to the respected fellow experts is:
On the basis of the above written clause can we lodge a FIR under section 415(cheating) & under section 403(criminal misappropriation of property ) under IPC?
