Respected Sirs,
I am living in a registered CHS Ltd. in dombivli, Maharashtra.
My question is, still there is no conveyance deed with the builder and the property tax of the society open area is payable by builder only. If builder fails to pay the Property tax of the open area, What impact it gives on the society and its members?
Request to reply on the same.

wheather the Valuation of a same Holding number which has some
Front position & some Back position are same ????
if yes.. under which section & which Act??

Can a partition suit be filed, to do it as per Valuation On a same Holding number of " 2 Kathha" structured Property.??? If yes , then By which Act. & under which Section ??

I have bought a flat and have registered the agreement and also paid the stamp duty. Application was given to Society to issue NOC as required by the bank in Bank's format from which I have applied for loan. However, Society is hesitant to give NOC as Conveyance has not been done. Also Society is hesitant to mention in Bank's format of NOC that it does not have any borrowings or dues. It is also not giving an undertaking in NOC that it will register the charge on account of mortgage of property. Is the society correct on all fronts? Can bank sanction loan without Society NOC?

I Direct come to point I born in Andhra Pradesh 1995 in house , my parents have no idea about Birth certificate. My family moved to Chennai I completed my schooling and now am doing 3rd yr in BE. Now I need birth certificate to apply any type exams. Pls Sir give me solution my future depends on it

i purchased a product from online shopping...returned the product as it was defective....the online shopping company failed to refund my amt....nd informing me amt is successfully refunded...i hav all proofs ready tat tey r cheating then fiked case in court......6/5/16 last chance for written version....tey submited some idotic reply to court......judge gave 24/6/16 date for hearing nd filing proof affidavit....both judge nd opp party is just trying drag the case.....what can i do to fasten my case....??? i think judge will take their side in the orders state??

A person took his wife sister son in adoption without any written adoption deed.Child divorced mother remarried. The child has been living with the prson who orally adopted him . The father who orally adopted the child entered the father of the adopted child in his school register for the last 20 years ago. Now the sad person has his own two children. The said person belong to Hindu Religion now the said person want to adopt the child legally/or through written adoption agreement. Now the age of the boy is 22 years. Pls guide me what the procedure of written adoption of child or through filing of suit

i have a query
our house is in the name of my grandmother. she expired two years ago.my grandfather is also no more.
they had two children i.e my father and my aunt(buaa). my father expired one year ago.
so i want to know what is the procedure to get this house registered in the name of my mother.we are three children (one is minor). my aunt i.e buaa ji has no objection regarding that.
house is self earned by my grandfather. purchased in 1991 and during there is no sale purchase. so plz tell me what is the procedure....sorry for my bad english....
