Complaint u/s 138 ni act / how many cheque can be submitted in a case

Dear Sir,

Kindly advise if there is any restriction about Number of Cheque for filing of the Complaint case U/S 138 Ni Act.

We have 6 cheques bounced..can we file one complaint against all these 6 cheques

In a single case all the six cheques can be added. There is no such restraint in number of cheques.

Different cheques issued in same transaction,if dishonored,can be tried in one complaint.
