My dad expired and I live in USA my brother and sister brainwashed my mom and now she is dead against me and declining me share in the property she bought this my money but on her name please guide. They are saying I donot need the share but it is all my hard earned money. They are doing good too India my brother is superdenting engineer his wife is ca but still so mean, mom is saying I m in USA and cannot take of her so she has to listen to them.

I am working as Assistant Professor in one of the reputed gov. college of Uttar Pradesh.
I have been selected on unreserved category by mentioning my category as general at time of application filled for job.
Now college authority saying that your caste belong OBC category as per UP. gov. list, therefore you can not claim residence under unreserved category.
Please help what should I do.
why they are forcing me in to OBC whithout claiming and producing OBC certificate.

One person used my Facebook and gmail account and deleted my all friends and messages therefrom.
I changed my password but then too he got my new password from my cell and again loged in my account

Developer had entered into an agreement with me wherein i agreed to vacate my tenancy premises and in return builder was to provide me flat. later builder made revision/changes in plan and also amalgamated adjacent plot without consent of any tenants. Then he gave us possession (temporary) during the construction period in another building. Then he decided to construct hospital on the said plot where he was to provide me flat as per agreement.
he took various Clarence by showing fraud and misrepresentation to municipal authorities. his hospital is constructed and ready for use. He threatened me to take the said possessed flat (which he provided me on temporary basis during construction) which is not as per agreement and less in carpet area. but we denied.
Case has been filled at Magistrate court - Criminal case 420 (issue process)
i want speedy justice as its already 6th year
should i go to HIGH COURT by filing WRIT PETITION
or Consumer Court

Hi, I want to buy a flats in Gorai 2 Borivali West mumbai, however the flat owner has paid the stamp duty and share certificate is in the name of flat owner. But flat owner is not registered the flat with registrar. Whether we will face any problem if previous owner is not registered with registrar. Also whether it is possible myself to registered directly without previous owner registration.

I am suresh (age 24) born in Rajasthan. My father grandfather all are from Rajasthan. My cast is swami. This is in central list of Rajasthan but not of haryana. We are living in haryana from last 18 year for earning and study purpose as my father working in a private factory. But from starting we used our haryana address as temporary and permanent both in documents. In reality this was temporary as we have left this address. Now can I claim Rajasthan obc by some legal and valid procedure? We have ration card of haryana .

I want to ask if it is mandatory to register a "Leave and License Agreement" in HARYANA? I am letting my property and I am leaving the city. The house is independent and not in a society. So I was advised to execute a "Leave and License Agreement" instead of a Rent Agreement as it would be safer. Now I am getting conflicting advice that it is mandatory to register it. Both the advice are being given by lawyers. One is saying it is not mandatory while one is saying it is. The agreement is for 11 months.
I have to leave the city in a couple of days and my brother is the joint owner who lives in another state. So it won't be possible for us to get it registered. So what is the actual law? Should I execute a new rental agreement for 11 months or the unregistered Leave and License ok?
PLEASE help regarding this as I am really confused.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a plot bearing no 70 in a pvt layout which has 1200 square feet and everything is correct in all respects but in Chakbandi towards West : it is mentioned as "30 Feet Road" Actually in the map it is 40 feet Road" while registering in my name it has been correctly inserted as 40 feet towards the west side. Area west-East and Suouth to North is perfect but only in Chakbandi towards West Side it is mentioned as 30 feet road but it should have been 40 feet road. In Govt Record, it is shown as "Road" and not mentioned the length of the road
Is it okay or not?
