I want to get married to my first cousin . son of my mother's brother. I knew its illegal but can we get married with permission of our parents. If yes what is the procedure . or else if parents won't allowed can we stay without marriage would they sperate us

Dear learned Seniors,
few doubts related to the above IPC sections:
1. If 494 could not be proved in the court of law, then does the judge has the discretion to pronounce his judgement under 497 even though the case is filed under 494 and not under 497.
2. What is the maximum punishment that can be given under 497, if the married man had intercourse with an unmarried girlfriend?

Respected Sir,
• I leave my husband’s home on 06/07/2010 due to mental torture.
• Thereafter I living in my parents’ house.
• My husband is a government servant.
• I claim maintenance u/s 125 CRPC.
• Court grants maintenance for me.
• My husband files RCR.
• In reply I disagree to live in the family of my husband but agree to live with him in somewhere else.
• My husband withdraws RCR.
• My husband forces me for mutual divorce as he is in a relationship with a girl named Priyanka.
• I disagree as he might marry that Priyanka.
• In spite of that he living together with Priyanka in his own house.
• Priyanka is now pregnant by my husband. My husband never married Priyanka legally.
Can I file any case to remove my husband’s illegal wife?
Can I file any case to remove my husband from job?
Kindly help me to send my husband in Jail for lifetime.

An Advocate issues a certificate that the Marriage was solemnised before him. The marriage is a Hindu Marriage and without performing any cultural formalities, both the parties to the marriage just exchanged garland and tied the Mangalsutra.
Is this a valid marriage.??
Can this marriage be registered under the Hindu Marriage Act.?

In a case where a parents belongs to sc/st caste adopted a Brahman child based legally.
According to THE HINDU ADOPTIONS act will the adopted child is entitled for RESERVATIONS and other benefits in par with a normal SC/ST child? pls advice.

i was in a relationship with a boy for 2years. he promised me to marry me. and he developed intimate relationship(not sex) with giving this false assurance of marraige. he aslo assured me that his parents are also ready to accept me. but for the last 6months he is totally ignoring me. and telling me he lost all his feelings and interest towards me. i am in helpless condition. i am mentally exhausted .he is cheating me, i doubt he is engaged with someone else. he is denying this fact. but i got some proof of his new relationship. what is the legal step I can take against this cheating boyfriend? please help me..
