Time Barred Debt

Dear All,
The Electricity Board (MSEB) officers disconnected supply of my client in jan-2011 for arrears of bill issued in Year Feb-2000. No notice before disconnection. The conusmer Forum granted interim order to reinstate the supply and not to disconnect until further orders. The Officer of board (now Company) now issued a notice claiming amount due and on non payment will disconnect the electricity supply within 15 days.
My query is-
1. my cause of action occure in Jan-2011 after disconnection and will issuing notice help the board when interim order is against them?
2.The legal right to recover the amount is over as 10 years have elapsed the debt is now time barred, how to get the amount waived?
Any judgment on the above facts will be a helping hand.
Thanks in advance.

Re: DV Act 2005

Hello Xperts!

My wife intensionally left me and my family, and started residing with her parents. She took our daughter and our pet dog along with her.

Now she has filed a case under DV Act 2005, demanding monthly maintenance and housing.

I am very poor, I do not have anything to give her. Moreover I tried a lot to get her back home, but she does not want to come back. (Conversation Recorded by me.)

1. What are my options to settle this. She basically wants to settle scores. It was a love marriage and did not work out the way she wanted.

Please advise and throw some light here.

2. Also if I leave India and go some place else without her knowing... what are my options to safeguard myself and family?

URGENT!

ipc 326

Its a state case under ipc 326,504 506 etc.If in the state case complainent purposfully avoiding to appear for the deposition on flimsy grounds then can we say that prosecution has no case against the accused. The i.o and other family witnesses and panchas has got any value in the case if the complainant/injured is not interested. Can i apply for quashing the case in the highcourt/apex court.please advise.i think 326 ipc is noncompoundable.in this situation what is the short and sweet solution or line of action. The accused has to travel abroad for a short visit and passport authority is not issueing the passport cause of the pending criminal case.If the experts please advise with citation.

Rights of joint owners in an apartment association

I am a joint owner of a apartment in gurgaon. there is a registered sale deed between me and my wife.I have been told that I cannot contest elections of our condominium association as only the first owners have the right to vote though. I has written to the presdeint of the association but but he does not respond to any communication.

Please let me know if I have a right to contest the elections......

the disqualifications defined in the bye laws do not mention any thing about the joint owners.

The copy of the bye laws is attached.

What action should I take......
