Hi All,
i have purchansed a flat in HYD and with 1 car parking and the appartment is having 20flats and builder has 22 car parking slots 1 being used for other purposes and builder has approched me if i can buy the unsold/extra car parking for extra cost.
1)leagal rights of builder to sell extra car parking, 2)can we register the parcing slot, 3) i am planing to ask no objection from flat owners from bulder to avoid future problems.
please advise me...

Also there is bit confusion actually what does regular bail & interim means? It has been said that after getting the interim bail The accused has to also apply for the regular bail also. Also if the accused gets the anticiparoty bail the accused has to apply for the regular bail also why not understood because when the interim or anticipatory bail has been granted then why again apply for regular bail. Actually what is the concept of regular bail, interim & aniticipatory bail which one will come first or what is the process of getting bail & after getting the bail why regular bail.

my wife filed 498a after i filed for rcr.infact she dont want to live with my old parents and she sold some gold which they gifted to me and to her at marriage time for her brothers studies.i recorded in my cell phone number of times when i call her that "she is happy in my house.and she left the home with total gold.and no dowry demand,harassment in my house."is this audio evidence can be consider?

Sir one of my relatives sent some faxes to my department two years ago with my forged signatures.
I managed to get original signatures forged by him.
what step can be taken against him?
Can I still make a police complaint against him?

sir sum1 hit my car while was standing on red light we hav car no v info 100 no file a complaint now police in converting that into fir u/s279 i cum 2 no in tat the will take my car also in their custody but i hav get it done repair my car and already file a claim 2 insurance co but not claim was realise
my query is if police take my car in custody as case property then wat is the procedure 2 get realize under superdari and where it has 2b file and wat doc along with the application is req any court fee etc is req. and wat is the formate for delhi

i have filed divorce for mutual consent. I am currently having custody of 5 and half years child. She is very happy with me and does not feel like meeting father inspite of me convincing. She is aware of his nature of cruelty and hates him.
