Sir,

As per ordinance (THE CRIMINAL LAW (AME
NDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2013) , 354 A (1)(Sexual harassment of the nature of unwelcome physical contact and advances or a demand or request for sexual favours) is non bailable 354 A (2)(Sexual harassment of the nature of making sexually coloured remark or showing pornography or any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature) is bailable.

As per Gazette notification dated 02.04.2013 (Amendment Act) of the above, it is bailable in both.

Please oblige to amend if I am wrong.
