hi,
i want to sort this for a friend,he has a ration card and it got wrongly stamped that he is getting gas from bharat gas, but in fact he is not and he will now apply for a new gas connection,
how does he remove the wrong stamp on the ration card saying that gas getting two gas cylinders??
please let me know..

I had applied for residential site with a housing society (regd)in 2007 and paid full amount in 4 instalments upto 2008. The society called for applications for residential sites in a layout to be approved.
Till now no allotment of site has been made. Like me there are 100s of members waiting for allottment.
My question is how to get the site allotted or if I want to file suit in consumer forum, what is the procedure and what compensation I am likely going to get.
Please suggest me in detail.

whether an advocate can be charged for profession misconduct if he filed a civil suit against a person, for whom he already appeared for getting an order of anticipatory bail in a criminal case, which is totally different subject as no way connected with the said civil suit.

i am the counsel for the complainant and complainant is private limited company. my query is on behalf of company representative as well as other witnesses are not given evidence as we expected. for example, at the time of transaction, we are not there, we would not issued the bills, we don't know that whether accused is running firm or not?
frankly speaking our evidence was not support to us. now our evidence is closed. if we want to win the case, we will produce the sufficient arguments with relevant citations, so please advise me and also if u have any citations regarding this issued please provide me.

Dear Sir,
It so happened last year that my brother was involved in a case with BEST Bus Driver,past 1.5 year it is being draged due to which his career and studies is in stake.
Case goes as such: my brother was on bike and this best driver drove so badly that he had to literally fall down but dint get any hurt so he chased the bus and in signal he crossed his bike and gotinto an argument , in the heat of argument the driver hit him with his sandle and so he also tried to save himself , in this case the driver got hurt on his forehead in the argument, a case was filed under sec 332,353 ipc for stoping the govt servant frm doing his duty,
Now the case is going on in the court for past one and a half year, the advocate we appointed earlier didnt take good steps so date in court was draged and now we changed the advocate, here the issue is that because of all this court case and all things he is not able to study well...during his exams the dates of court come and also he is working now with a company where he will be required to go out of india for some projects or so, because of the case the passport is not yet made and we dont want to get into a situation where the company will also raise question against his short term court allowed passport , so we are not opting for it .
PLEASE SOMEBODY GUIDE US HOW TO SETTLE IT AT THE EARLIEST SO THAT HIS CAREER AND STUDIES WILL NOT BE IN STAKE .
We wish to move out of this case at the earliest.
1)Is outside court settlement possible and 2)if it is possible how to go about it aND 3)HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE SAME TO GET SETTLED .
4)IF WE DO OUTSIDE SETTLEMENT THEN WILL THE best Authority go to higher court with appeal.
5)is this a major criminal case?

Dear experts
A society registered under the Tamil Nadu societies registration act 1975 wants to sell a land.Is this society needs to get permission from the court like the Trust? or Is it okay to pass a resolution and sell the same.According to the bylaws the secretary is the authorized person to do this. Kindly advice me.

Is there any ruling or citation to confirm that the properties derived by a Hindu woman through the latest coparcenary right given to her by the 1989 amendment Act of Tamilnadu state as well as 2005 Act of central Govt. are her absolute properties as enumerated under Sec.14 of Hindu Succession Act. To say it clear, that her children shall have no right in the same; that she need not share those properties with her children and that she can deal with the same as she likes.
