HI I HAVE A INSURANCE AGENCY IN GENERAL INSURANCE "PSU" COMPANY. SINCE AUGUST 2017 THE COMPANY HAVE NOT RELEASE MY COMMISSION. AFTER FOLLOW UP SO MANY TIMES THE NASER IS THERE IS A IT PROBLEM. BUT TILL NOW NO RESULT FOUND. I HAD COMPLAINT FOR THAT IN REGIONAL OFFICE BUT THEY ARE LINGERING MY PROBLEM. BEFORE A WEEK I COMPLAINT I HEAD OFFICE BUT NO ANSWER FROM THEIR SIDE ALSO. PLEASE SUGGEST WHERE TO COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME AND WHAT TO DO?

Dear sir, My grandmother own a open land near to Mr. Rathod who is a retired Govt. Officer. That open plot is let it to one widow having 5 daughters by my grandmother(alive) on free of rent. Now Mr. R intentionally just for harrasing issue a notice addressing to my father as well as Nagarpalika saying that open plot is not maintain by the widow etc... infact that plot is not in the name of my father, plot is in cleanly order, even nagarpalika issue a notice to my father to clean the plot it shows that influence of Mr. R on nagarpalika. What remedies we have? Pls suggest. Thanks

I am a probationer and suspended from job and a dept enquiry is against me. I want to know that can dept terminate me before the dept enquiry concluded. They alleged me for economic offence and also lodge fir against me. Pls suggest me is there any chance of termination before D.E. concluded.

I have gone through a situation... I was driving a bike suddenly a policeman came just beside me and told me why are you driving fast actually I was not driving fast but as soon as I overtaken him he wrote my number and filed wrong cases against me attempt to injure him and accident case guys kindly help me how to teach lessons to such policemen

We saw the ad in olx chennai , that the seller ( devaraj ) is manufacturing and selling new sofas under the name ( thirumala furniture ) , we ordered 3 sofas of rs.42,000 worth , so in advance we gave rs.8000 in cash , but he didnt gave the bill , instead he gave a written statement... he asked one week time , so after a week, we kept on calling but he didnt pick up the phone, and atlast after 14 days he called and said sofa is ready , so we went to his factory to see it, but to our shock , he hasnt made the sofa as we said, it was fully wrong(size difference, color differenent,shape different .... ) and it was so horrible looking like a second hand... not even worth for rs.10000, so we said we dont need the sofa , and asked him to better return the amount of rs.8000, even we asked him to deduct some amount and then give the balance... but he was so stubborn and said i will alter and give u the sofa , he spoke as though we are getting a second hand sofa... we said no need and asked our amount of rs.8000 , but he rudely said to go wherever u want but i wont give ur rupees... he even said why are u calling me and troubling and asked us to call his partner and ask, we gave our amount and order to him only , but he is shouting us to call his partner, he was this irresponsible and he has cheated us, still the sofa and my amount of rs.8000 is with him..... so now i have the following evidence : 1. call record 2. written statement( no bill ) which he gave that he has recieved rs.8000 , so is this 2 evidence enough to approach consumer court ?

Dear Experts,
Please comment on the below situation.
After 13(2) Notice against 3 Mortgaged properties, after completing the formalities u/s 13(3A) bank issued notice under 13(4) against 1st property.
Within 45 days the Borrower challenged all actions like 13(2), 13(3A) & 13(4) by paying full court fee applicable as per the claim in 13(2). Matter is listed for January 2016.
Meanwhile bank issues second 13(4) notice against the 2nd property, which is situated in another State. Borrower wants to file a put up petition annexing the second 13(4) for early hearing of the application already filed under 17(1)
But the Registrar DRT says for the second 13(4) put up cannot be allowed and the borrower must file another 17(1). IS IT CORRECT?
How many times the borrower need to pay the court fees to challenge an illegal 13(2) notice? Only because he cannot approach DRT before 13(4) the challenge was made after first 13(4)

mere pass axis bank ka cradit card hai.jiske 2 months se payment due thi .recovery agency se phone aaya 17/5/2015 ko phone aaya ke aap ko 18/5/2015 ko 10:30 par rupya dena he ho ga nahe to aap ko uthwa le ge. maine kaha ke mai payment 25/5/15 ko karu ga wo nahe maane aur un logo ne mujhe gandi gaali de de.phir maine payment nahe ke mere pass unke recoding hai. Mujhe kya karna chaheye ??

Hello all the Experts,
It has been almost 3and half year of my marriege and i hv a baby also but there is some issues with husband. I am continuously tolerating his extra marital affairs since i got married , everytime i give him a chance to leave all this and he says that i am not in any relationship even i have caught him red handedany time but being a lady i was helpless as i hv no one in my family side to help me in this all because my family is poor and there is only my mother and obe younger brother in my family so i never told them about all this. But now i m fed with my husband and want divorce . Please suggest me the procedure to go to file a divorce.
