Intentionally trapped by police

Dear all

I have gone through a situation... I was driving a bike suddenly a policeman came just beside me and told me why are you driving fast actually I was not driving fast but as soon as I overtaken him he wrote my number and filed wrong cases against me attempt to injure him and accident case guys kindly help me how to teach lessons to such policemen

How do you know that the police have filed wrong cases? Did you receive any summons etc?

Date 27th Sept 15 time 7:30 pm ahmedabad narol naroda highway..... Police came at my place totake me to police station to get my sign nd fir has not filed BT he is about to file fir for false reasons
