mere pass axis bank ka cradit card hai.jiske 2 months se payment due thi .recovery agency se phone aaya 17/5/2015 ko phone aaya ke aap ko 18/5/2015 ko 10:30 par rupya dena he ho ga nahe to aap ko uthwa le ge. maine kaha ke mai payment 25/5/15 ko karu ga wo nahe maane aur un logo ne mujhe gandi gaali de de.phir maine payment nahe ke mere pass unke recoding hai. Mujhe kya karna chaheye ??

Submit call recording to police with written complaint..................and approach your lawyer.
Lodge complaint with MD/BM of Bank with copy to Governor RBI.
The delinquency in payment might have been reported by now to credit bureau's and will affect your credibility.

Thanks Mr Doab.maine ak civil case file kiya hai. Mujhe sirf ak baat puchna hai ke mai interest bhe du aur maa ke gaale bhe sunu.mai ab payment kyo du. Bank ne jis tarh se Rbi aur suprim court ke rule tora hai uski koi punishment bank ko mile ge ya nahe.
