Salary not given by the employer

Dear Sir
I was working in a Software Company in Noida From February 2012to August 2012.Company does not pay the Salary From July to August.On 9 August Company said that there is a 15 Days Unpaid Suspension Leave Period .You would reporting on 25 August 2012.When I Was going to Office on that Day Company dismissed me and not pay my salary.And as per Appointment Letter the company will paid one month Basic Salary when Company Dismissed from the job from his reason.

Caste conversion

Hi,
My name is swaroop and I belong to bc-d and my age is 20 years by this august.
I want to convert from bc-d(koppula velama) to oc(chowdary). My mother is oc but my father is bc-d. I want my certificate as chowdary.
Can I get it?

Will registration

I have notarized my will 3 yrs. ago, is it better to register the will.
What is better option ? In what way registering a Will be beneficial or it will make no difference?
Can I register the same Will which is notarized ?
Is it necessary to disclose my medical health condition with Doctors proper certificate if I am suffering from disease like cancer & have a short period in hand.

Please clarify my querries.

State information commissions

PIOs and Appellate PIOs are given one month to reply petitions and if no reply is got State information Commission can be approached. In a case of mine I approached SIC but it has not given its decision or orders or memo though 2 months have passed. Enquiries reveal though order is given(in my favor)in a month’s time it is administration that delays intimation and putting it in web site. Who sets time for SIC’s administration to act?
Can some experts in these field answer?

Attached m.tech equivalent recognition document valid or not

Hi Experts,

AICTE has recognized DOEACC C-Level programme as equivalent to M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science in a letter to Gwalior High Court. Will this document along with my certificate of C-Level is sufficient to prove that C-Level is equivalent to M.E./M.Tech.
Will there be any legal issues?
