Dear Sir
I was working in a Software Company in Noida From February 2012to August 2012.Company does not pay the Salary From July to August.On 9 August Company said that there is a 15 Days Unpaid Suspension Leave Period .You would reporting on 25 August 2012.When I Was going to Office on that Day Company dismissed me and not pay my salary.And as per Appointment Letter the company will paid one month Basic Salary when Company Dismissed from the job from his reason.

Serve a legal notice cum demand notice upon the company with immediate effect

seek help of some local lawyer for proper proceedings.
