Formation of a company

If a new Pvt. Ltd. Company is to be formed for manufacturing purpose,will it be necessary to fill the column for category and sub-category in form 1A?If so, how it is to be filled up?

Category is Limited by shares/guarantee/unlimited company & sub category is wheteher the company is a indian domestic company or a foreign company or government co as the case applicable. It is mandatory to fill these columns in 1A.

Yes they are mandatory.

i) Category -- Company limited by shares.
ii)Sub -do- -- Indian Non- Government company.
